Run Away Now! Something has totally changed over there. Maybe new ownership. I had a small problem with a fender on a passport trailer. No big deal. Stuff happens! I am still under warranty. So I called and was told I should repair it myself. Haha It was a warranty issue. So I called for my old sales rep. She is gone, everyone is gone. Great experience buying our 1st RV. Everyone is friendly, helpful and informative. Even when they were super busy during a sales event. Bud Leech, Tamara, Chet, and Richard were all very awesome
Very disappointed with their service department. I own a Grand Design Solitude. Twice they have repaired my roof for a bubbling up in the back while driving. Well, this is the third time it has happened, and this time only after 4 outings. Air is either getting in or it's not glued down correctly and driving down the road it just pulls up. My fiance and I just bought a 2018 Sandstorm toy hauler from Al's and we had a wonderful experience. Even though we worked with a few different people we did not feel tossed around at all. Both sales guys we dealt with, Tim and Justin (plus some help from the sales manager), were really great with getting us answers we needed and helping us find a different toy hauler when the one we originally wanted ended up not working out for us.
