I called yesterday with a tire issue that we had used "fix-a-flat" on. Dealerships told me that there is nothing they can do except put all new tires on (~1250). I called a few tire places with no success, I then called Al's and spoke to Matt, he said "let me give it a try to see if I can fix it, I think I probably can." He said to bring it in the very next day, and I did. I was worried and sceptical, but the staff assured me that they would do their best, and they did!! They fixed it and it was super quick!! Outstanding customer service.... I have had 2 flat tires in about a month... Al's was able to take care of them both. This morning I was on my way out the door to discover a flat and they had me in, repaired and back on my way within 20 minutes... There is a reason I buy my tires with them, they care for customers.
