Had Firestone put a new tire on. When I went to change to my winters I couldn't get one nut off as the installer, who I think was the owner, had cross threaded it. I went in to see if they could get it off, about a 5 minute job and was given an appt for one week in the future. Poor customer service to fix THEIR MISTAKE. Left to find a tire shop who cares and knows what they are doing.
Great comprehensive auto service. Busy during tire change seasons.
Hands down best mechanic in town! James and his team are extremely professional and reliable.
