If I could give no stars I would. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Bought a brand new mower used it once and it has broke down twice! The first time I had them pick it up they took 2 weeks to fix it and brought me back the wrong lawn mower. And the second time they kept saying they would come pick it up and never did. So I fixed it myself. I will never do business with them again. Seriously don't waste your time. You will regret it. And also I have yet to get a manual to the lawn mower. I had a great experience here, very informative with all of the equipment and answered all of my questions. Super nice people that really look out for you. The warranty deals are great too, will fix your mowers, no questions asked. If your looking to buy mowers or lawn equipment, this is the place to go!!!
Just got off the phone with somebody who was so rude. I called to ask for a part for a push lawn mower and gave him a model and serial number, but I don't have the parts number. He immediately told me that if I don't have the part number, that he can't help me (In a very RUDE manner). I didn't even bother to talk to him any longer and just said to not bother and hanged up the phone. I am not surprised with the other bad comments posted here. The people there are rude and impatient, if you don't have the part number, it is like making them go out of their way to help you. That is OK I found the lawn mower parts cheaper and in stock at another small engine repair shop in Jacksonville. Not going back to these jerks
