We used Al's for years and were happy then last year we had our burner serviced and after that it shook my house when the heat turned on. Imagine that in the middle of the night in our tiny old house. Quality of sleep went down during those months. They came back a couple times after that to try to fix it without charging us which we were grateful for, but when they wanted to charge us we found a new company. I had my furnace serviced by Als Quality Oil a year ago. Recently my furnace has started blowing soot all over the basement. I thought this was strange after just a year of running without being cleaned. I inspected the air intake on the furnace and it was completely closed. This means ALS quality oil either forgot to set it properly before leaving or just never inspected it when they were here.
