I had a great time there my first time, the lady that cut my hair was very professional and kind but ever since that day I’ve called multiple times and the phone never even gets picked up, really upsetting considering I was extremely happy with the service and was looking forward to going back, if they would be willing to answer the phone for customers I’d consider going back but as of right now I’m just extremely disappointed with the lack of care

Leaving one star because I can't leave zero. I'm writing this review for my father in law who is a 90 year old gentleman, a veteran and legally blind. He has been a long time customer and has always had good things to say about Al's until recently. His preferred barber is Carlos and recently he has had his appointments cancelled multiple times on the day of the appointment.
