WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN ALL MY LIFE. The owners daughter, Jennifer is the most ignorant woman I have ever come across. They can t accept responsibility for THEIR wrong doings and expect their customers to just forgive and forget. I advise everyone to never step foot at Al s Lawn care products and service!!
I really just dont know what these people are talking about. I am 68 and have been buying stuf at Lowes and Home Depot as long as I can remember. I love the place.... I find them very friendly and usually know what they are talking about. NO body is right all the time and when they have messed up they have always went far over the top for me. So very disappointed! Brought in 2 saws, one for repair, one for estimate. I was told that there would be a charge for the estimate. That was okay with me, but please call me and let me know what it would cost to repair it. They said they would call me later that day or the next morning. I was impressed! Three days later, no phone call. I called today. When I asked about my estimate, they said the saws are ready! WHAT?!? READY?!? What about my estimate, I asked.
