They were very puncual. Al and E came in, asessed what needed to be done and told me, straight out. No games. The work was efficient and excellent. My carpet looks better than it did when we moved in. They cleaned my living room and dining room and I wil definitely have them return in the spring.
They did a wonderful job cleaning my family room, bedroom, and hallway carpets. They didn't rush, explained the process to me, and did a thorough job. They took pride in their work. I've used a few different companies over the years, this one is a keeper. I will definitely use them again.
I could not be more happy with my carpets. They look better than I have ever seen them! The owner is friendly, thorough and meticulous. He gave me an excellent deal and went above and beyond. I was amazed at the quality of work, he was not satisfied until the carpet sparkled. I can't imagine how anyone could be unhappy. I had pet stains and he clearly explained the additional cost and when my dog threw up after he had just finished cleaning he came back and cleaned up the spot for no additional charge! Purchased a groupon for Al's and E's carpet cleaning and was very satisfied with their work. They spent extra time to get some trouble spots out and even left their fan overnight to help the carpet dry quicker. Would recommend them to anyone!
