We love Al's! Just moved to Pittsboro, but have a long daily commute. Was looking for dinner alternatives when I am running late, which is often! When I am about to cross Jordan Lake, I call an order in, go through the drive thru, exchange pleasantries with Al's Gals, and then enjoy the rest of the ride home, knowing dinner is ready! We love Al's great home cooked meals! Thank you!
I had the seriously delicious patty melt and was impressed. The atmosphere is so positive and loving they make you feel like family! I loved how the staff took the time to know your name and helped all tables and not just their own. Definitely a must stop when you are in Pittsboro!

We waited an hour and only had our drinks, then when asked about our order, the waitress told us it had only been 11 minutes since it was placed and it would be another 10 minutes or so. I get up and go cancel the order and pay for our drinks. The waitress is saying smart comments about how it takes time to cook and they are busy.
