I recently had the pleasure of meeting & dealing with Al, at Creative Sound. His shop is always busy and now I understand why. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and it is easy to see he truly cares about his customers. If there is a problem, he takes care of it as quickly as possible. Took, my overhead DVD player to be installed. The staff put in a different system in my car. When I wenter back with the owners manual for my system. Mike informed me that I handed the system to him. When in reality my husband dropped of the car. Never got my DVD back. Ended up going else where. Bad customer service will never go back, and never recomended this establishment.
