The capacitor on our Carrier AC unit went out on a Sunday night, and the house started getting hot. We called Al's AC after seeing that they are experienced with Carrier ACs and they picked up at around 9pm on a Sunday night! They came out that night around 10pm and replaced our capacitor efficiently and explained to us what happened. Our unit was still under warranty and price was still reasonable for labor/work.
