We just had a new furnace installed about a week ago. The day it was installed after they had already left, we noticed a leak. Apparently they didn’t connect all of the hoses and one was draining into our floor. Then within a couple days, we needed to turn the heat on-and instead of the heat coming on- the a/c kicks on then alternates to the heat.
