RecommendedCostumer service is 💯!! They’ve been awesome with everything!!... from helping me pick out my bike, to fitting me when it arrived. They took the time at the end of their busy day to teach me. They explained everything about the parts of the bike and with the fitting. Very friendly and welcoming, I will highly recommend to everyone!
Great service and sense of community. They host rides and the shop guys know their stuff.
Sarah and Chad are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm new to Norman and they were so welcoming. I will be going there for all my bike needs and also just to visit. Thanks for being awesome.

I refuse to go elsewhere. Any time I have had an issue they have recognized the importance of having my wheelchair in working condition and thusly fix things on the spot. They have even made some very helpful modifications per my request. The staff are always friendly, conversational and well informed on their products and the overall cycling community.
