I was just shopping and in the early stages of car buying. My experience there was great. I was approached by the owner and he seemed as though he really wanted my business. He went out of his way to inform me as to what vehicle he thought would work the best and he made sure that I knew that he would work with me on "price". Which, of course, was the most important.
