One star rating is generous – Horrible experience with Al's Auto. I would not recommend them AT ALL. Brought my car in a year ago to have a starter replaced. Not more than a year later, it died (shattered the nose, to be exact). Brought it in again, was charged for the labor, and was then told that something is still wrong with the car, and the starter will break again if I do not fix whatever is wrong with it.
