My first visit was May 2016 when I purchased 12 different varieties, hesitant if they would grow due to my lacking green thumbs. This was after I was amazed at the grounds and arboretum. I returned May 2017 to purchase more for my new office. All 12 from last year are alive and thriving, no worries!
Al presented us with over 400 variations of hostas! I never even knew there were that many! He conducts a great tour and has awesome hosta's for sale! I will be back.
Great hostas, great selection, great arboretum if you can take the time. If only the neighbors would let him open up more than two weekends a year!
