Guys we’re cool I got there at about 7:40am for my 8am appointment and they had me unloaded by 8:30am, be mindful when you come around from the back to the shipping and recieving office and have to make the turn into door 1 it is very tight so swing very wide and you will make it easy

To date, we’ve been a customer of the Alro Columbus division for over 6 years. Custom orders are typically delivered next day & never one logistical mistake encountered. Customer service, product & product delivery 5 stars…easy.

I had a problem with a guy named Tim. He was very disrespectful. He lied and said I knocked down a chain that one of your employees took down and he was going to report me for property damage. It took every ounce of my body to be respectful towards him. I managed to accomplish even though I was ready to knock some sense into him and personally correct his disrespectful attitude.
