Poor attitude and rude to drivers. The guy that gets the paperwork by door 9 is rude and does not seem to be happy working here. This kind of attitude makes drivers not want to come here. Maybe he would be better off in a different position to keep a friendly environment for drivers. This is one of my rutile routes and sometimes I rather denied the loads this way. 100% true about this guy on resiving so rude so unprofessional if he has a bad day he try to make your day bad to. Menagement I think after all this bad comments you shud do something about it. Than you. Never again!!!!!!
The receiving guys are rude and disrespectful. They treat drivers very poorly. It’s unclear what they’re unhappy about, but they take it out on the drivers.
I have been coming here very often. Never had issue unloading by appointment. Today I show up at 2:40pm , my appointment was for 8:30am tomorrow. Receiving guy was very nice , he didn't say any rude word to me , he just said pull into the door will unload you in a little bit. Maybe I got lucky , but all these negative reviews before doesn't apply to my expiriance. Also did my first delivery today at their Bolingbrook IL location , app was for 9:30am they pulled me in At 5am , unloaded in 10 mins.
