I've been using them for lawn treatments probably about 8 years or more. My yard often looks better than my surrounding neighbors and some of them have lawn services. Periodically, he'll knock on my door to explain what the new treatment will do and gives me tips on how to maintain my lawn better. Update: One of my neighbors based on my recommendation are now using Alrik and they are very happy. They are pleased with not only the lawn service but also his additional tips as their yard is doing much better.
You must feel sympathy for a company run so poorly, however they only do it to themselves. They are rude,obnoxious, deceptive and untruthful. Do yourselves the best favor in the world simply hire someone else. If you do not run away form them you will regret any association and or interaction that takes place. I leave a one star rating because i am not allowed to properly classify them with negative stars.
