Geoff worked with me to ensure I got the correct brake kit for my Touareg. Had it shipped out in a reasonable time. I won’t hesitate to purchase another kit from them when the time comes!
Just got off the phone with Alretta Truck Parts. I've never spoken with an individual that made me so quickly decide that I do not want to do business. The words rude and condescending do not quite go far enough. Alretta, and Geoffrey, are the best! I've dealt with him twice now, and both times were awesome. First was for an unusual setup, a V10 Diesel Touareg. Not only did he get me all the pads rotors and misc parts, I got the specialized tools required for the job. This week I got all 4 corners for my F250 Superduty - pads, rotors and calipers- and again it was smooth as silk. Incredibly good shipping too... being in Alaska I was shocked that I got a couple hundred pounds of brake parts shipped 2nd day for as cheap as I did. Geoff... read more
