I called to see if I could get my ring repaired. I started describing my ring and got hung up on. I called back and asked again and started describing my ring and was told that the person who answered the phone could not speak English and that there was nobody there would could speak English to speak to me and then was hung up on again. I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought this was extremely rude and a little weird that you don’t have a single person who speaks English in your shop.

The owner of this place is a crook. My mother bought a bracelet from him, and it broke four days later, so she went in to get it fixed. When he came back, he had a different piece of jewelry. It was not the same bracelet as it was significantly lighter in weight. He argued that it was the same bracelet, but it barely fit her wrist. He kept her original bracelet.
