Don’t take you children/ child to the location on Eisenhower in Macon , I was doing in home service at first, I choose to go in clinic session was my worst mistake. My son rbt I didn’t like the service she was providing As a matter of fact I wasn’t please with facility at all . Just plan nasty they open that location due to the capacity over at riverside. On my son 4th day the staff member assaulted my son my son is very verbal and functional told me which staff member did it Trish the one who works behind desk my son said pushed him she also covered for the one who assaulted my son my child is now still scared and it happened round beginning September this is an awful place only there for a check no training the facility told detectives when they first went to talk to them the lady that dug her nails all the way in my son arm didn't work there till a week later once my son s... read more

Don’t ever schedule with this place. My daughter had her son’s appointment rescheduled twice and then no show on three different scheduled and confirmed appointments. Her son is a level 3 and needs to get started on this therapy. This is very unprofessional and there was always an excuse of miscommunication and no therapist available. It’s one thing to call and say they don’t have anyone, but to just not show up without a call is unacceptable! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
