Therapist I was assigned was not professional. Constantly talking about outside factors like, making a meal or caring for her animals while on call. All appoinments were on phone call and it’s difficult to hear at times as the line is not always clear. Also they hire therapist from different states so you may be speaking with someone far away (that may not bother some people). They offer services on the website that they can’t really perform. Eleana Was extremely helpful and was able to schedule all my appointments including my ride to and from the clinic she was very prompt to getting back to me, she went above and beyond to help me with all my needs.
They have helped me lot through my depression. I feel like I have people I can talk to there. And they are always happy to handle my cases. I like the therapy I have received there. It have help me move forward, and have a better life. There is still a lot to go through too.
