I've used ALPS pharmacy for about 8 years. It used to be great. My meds came on time. The employees were super nice. If I had a problem they were quick to help out. But lately, it's different. I run out of medicine and have to remind them to fill it more often than I should have to. If a med can't be filled they take a while to explain why. And when I call with a question or complaint, they seem annoyed. It's like it aggravates them to have to explain something to. Then they make it out to be my issue. Great customer service and quick response. Very friendly.
After being a happy customer for almost 8 years I have run into problems with their service. I don't know if its new people working or what. I do love the owner she's amazing and I'm sure she would be surprised about this review. I don't like being treated like a junkie because I'm not. However thats how I feel I'm being treated. I will be finding a new pharmacy after all this time sadly.
