If you are picking up a load with a semi-truck, it’s best not to rely solely on GPS directions. The proper route is through Executive Blvd, then continue on Principal until you reach the security gate. The security guard is very helpful and can guide you on how to turn around safely in the yard and walk to the shipping office. The check-in staff was also polite and efficient. My wait time was short during my visit. Tarpping is required on site. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Lĺ
Called for technical information on ACP-FR panels and was forwarded to a sales manager for Pennsylvania - absolutely awful. He was angry, aggressive and insulting, saying oh you are from Pennsylvania so I expect questions like this. Will definitely not use Alpolic for future builds.
Unloaded quick and gone by 9 AM. The turnaround in the back is too small for a long wheelbase truck and a spread axle, but know I know.
