irresponsible office And tenant all around. I really thought there were professional ppl but not at all.
Building is falling apart. * building management has shut the water off several times in the last few mouth for maintenance... it’s still not fixed water will be shut off again aug 8th. * elevators are consistently breaking down and sit for weeks waiting on repairs. Please note people live all residents were forced to walk up and down the stairs for a few days until all three main elevators were fixed.... this is a 23 story building. * 5th floor to the ground flooded some residents had to be removed for there “apartments”. *... read more

RecommendedThe office staff of Carl and Bonnie are fantastic. They are very responsive if you have any issues / questions. Our dog Phoenix knows where to go to get his daily bone! We love the complex everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems. This is one of the best apartments we have lived in.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! My boyfriend and I lived here for 2 years. The property management is constantly changing so you can't get a straight answer from anyone. Parking has been an issue from the day we moved in so we paid for a reserved space and people would park in it and we weren't allowed to have them towed without going through security first; which wouldn't be an issue if you could find them. Got my car stolen here around 2am never got it back although its a really nice place its pretty sketchy
Old, run down apartments with paper thin walls and old appliances. They claim to be welcome to changing apartments when lease is up but don’t follow through and ignore you when you try and get a hold them. Threatening with eviction even though rent was paid. No wonder people don’t stay long here! Poorly managed by rude office staff that don’t care about residents. Lastly the price. Way too much for the area and quality of units.
