The apartments seem nice and quiet ...at first!!! the Sherriffs are called out at least 2 times a week and then there are the times that there are 4-5 Sheriffs vehicles looking for someone. Was told would have to pay gas and electric and then when we came to sign the lease, with our moving truck parked outside, we were told that we also had to pay water.
