Huge Decks! A friend of mine rents from Alpine Village and she loves it. The decks on the older apartments are huge - bigger than some on many houses, with plenty of room for kids to play. There is not much of a clubhouse, so if you are looking for one of those exercise rooms, you will probably be dissatisfied, but there is a nice pool, and the apartments have spacious kitchens and bedrooms (for apartment living, anyway!) The prices are very reasonable for what you get.
