If you have any other choice, take it over Alpine Village. I would not ever recommend living here to anyone. They need a serious overhaul of how they manage the place , because honestly it’s ridiculous and theft. They are taking advantage of college students just because they can. Insane pricing, amenities are always down, and horrible communicating with tenants. It takes an act of God to get them to respond to messages and to actually answer their phones. NIGHTMARE!!!! IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL, LIVE HERE!!! I was living in on the East coast for the summer, and on my drive to good old Provo, UT received videos and pictures of the apartment I would soon call home. It was horrifying. There were long dark hairs all over the kitchen, the counters were slathered with weeks old food, found some kind of unidentifiable poop by the fridge, walking down the hallway into the bathroom their was still poop skid marks left for us from the previous tenants. I love the whole set up of everything, however it's quite annoying that we have put in maintenance requests and it either doesn't get done or it is done half way. We have light bulbs that have been out for awhile and when the maintenance man came he only fixed one. But other than that I really really like Alpine village and am glad I live here!
Alpine Village is a great place to live! The great amenities combined with price make this one of the best places to live in Provo!
