This is the second time we needed to get a cord of wood in a pinch, and lesson learned from the first time it takes about a week for them to return your phone call, but they will get back to you. However, they should specify that these are NOT true cords (at least not when you get it delivered to your house). I called Alpine on short notice and needed to get work done fast. They did not disappoint in any way. The pricing was completely fair, the crews were courteous, and they were in and out in no time. They cleaned so well you almost didn't know they were here. Super pleased.
