I have been here over 15 years, and I have to say that its much better now with the new owners and management. The grounds are clean and our manager Angela always is super helpful and she is a very good listener who seems to care about her tenants. To me that goes a long way. Prior to these owners it was very sketchy here, but its quite livable now. Maintenance has always been good for me. If something needed fixed, its taken care of promptly. This has been an amazing service as far as getting service on a great time limit. They definitely do the most and Angela does a amazing job.
Living at Canopy Apartments was a great experience, for me, overall, thanks to the quiet environment and exceptional management! Overall, I really enjoyed my time there, but eventually needed a bigger space. This place is a dumpster the manager be charging Over price for water & Garbage this spot ain't it. People be loud AF and arguing over who knows what. The laundry mat never gets fix and it always floods & smell like sewerage water. Don't rent here not worth a penny. The gate is always broken & people are so disrespectful playing loud music late night. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend or family hell to the fawk No! Whoever rent here.. Good Luck!
