They were helpful even when they couldn't be helpful - they were several days out for an appointment, made a good recommendation for an alternate vendor, and still were courteous and helpful when I called them back to get more info on pricing.

Our AC stopped working when it was over 100 degrees on a Friday. I called the property management company and was told Alpine would contact us. They called and arrived about 10 minutes later. They checked the unit and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. What GREAT service. I would definitely recommend Alpine if you need quick and reliable service.
