For a couple of summers, we've had trouble with some sort of insect problem in our backyard. I don't remember what they were called, but every time we walked around certain areas of the yard, the insects would "spring up" and into the air. I paid an "expert" to trap moles that were completely tearing up my yard. I have been a customer for Alpine spray for over 15 years and always had excellent service. They came out to spray my lawn and said they could get rid of the moles quickly. Well, I have been paying the other guy 2 months with NO change - the moles seem to be multiplying. I hired Alpine Tree Service aka Alpine Spray Service to remove a large fir tree from my front yard. The were also hired to remove the root/trunk from the ground. I left payment for the workers and was not home when they arrived. All they did was cut the tree at ground level, left the root/trunk in the ground and took my check. I called Alpine numerous times, however, they ignored my calls. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and Alpine refused to respond.
