We couldn't be happier with the purchase of our brand-new full spectrum IR Copenhagen Sauna from Alpine Spas!! Since visiting the Osborn Park showroom and being assisted by the friendly and helpful sales consultant Tam, it made our choice easy and glad we opted with this model. Installing was fairly straightforward - definitely a 2-person job which was fully completed in around 2 hours. Fantastic service at Alpine by Rosie. From the minute we walked in, to the follow ups after our Cabin sauna was installed the service was just wonderful. Such great staff to deal with and great customer care . Rosie and the team were so helpful and accommodating about holding our sauna while we experienced delays in our backyard renovation. Thank you !! Can highly recommend Alpine.
Love our Aspen Spa that we bought from the team at Alpine Spas at the Perth pool and spa show. Looked at other brands and Alpine provided best options and the perfect size for our renovated back yard. The team were very helpful (especially Kyle and Kartik) and when I needed to call I could speak to both of them, not just a call centre. Highly recommend Alpine Spas for great spas and excellent after sales service and ordering replacement parts and chemicals etc is so easy via their Spa Supplies online shop.
I recently purchased the Lucca Sauna online from Alpine Spas and the experience was excellent, from the initial contact with them through to delivery and after sales support. A special shout-out to Mariam who was exceptional with her support and advice through the process. I ended up having Kitset assemble the sauna and they were also fantastic to deal with and made the process much more straight forward. I could not be happier with the end result!
Outstanding spa! Couldn't be happier. Great price, great service and easy to setup. We bought the Nevada and is perfect for my wife and I with room for an extra if needed. We were really impressed with the quality overall and in particular the strength of the jets. Thank you Rosie for your great customer service too.
