Amazing quality, genuine people. Couldn’t ask for more. Bought 3x wood fired hot tubs and going back for a sauna and ice bath
Love my outdoor sauna, the whole family is using it on rotation. The Alpine warehouse was fantastic, all the products are set up to get a good view and feel of them, no pressure from sales people standing over us but still ready if we had questions, purchasing was easy, great email communication with Tam and the rest of the team and quick to respond when I had a query about parts as we put it together ourselves.

We are extremely happy with our sauna from Alpine Sauna. From the time we placed our order, delivery took less than a week, which exceeded our expectations. Mariam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. She was friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly. The sauna is excellent quality, heats up quickly, and has been a wonderful addition to our home.
