What a horrendous experience....we purchased a spa and outdoor sauna. The only positive experience with this company was the friendly showroom staff but the complements stop there. Where to begin..we received a quote for delivery of our goods which was $1300 but that came with conditions which included signed agreements from neighbours to allow the delivery.
