Our purchase of the Alpine Barrel Sauna was a bit of an impulse, but the service and support from Toby and Maddie was excellent. The quality of the cedar and hardware is top class. Nothing beats walking out to our very own sauna, the whole family is enjoying the zen!
The spa is a wonderful addition to our outdoor space and we are enjoying having it. We are also very happy with our sauna which was installed soon afterwards. While we went for a small barrel sauna our electrician who connected it up said that he had connected larger ones but ours seemed much bigger on the inside! We love the view through the big window too. Thank you Toby for assisting us with our choices. Highly recommended!

We purchased an Aspen model spa 12 months ago. Staff were very helpful but some of the information was inaccurate as we discovered once we received the spa. The Aspen model is a good size for 2 or 3 persons but not great in its design if you want to utilise the combo jet seats on your back. It means 2 persons need to be laying on the bed jets and only one upright. The upright is terrific, but the beds are poorly designed in the angles or position you are laying.
