First let me share how this came about. A couple of years ago during our European Trip we had spent considerable time in Spa resorts around the world where we had experienced the beauty and health benefits and the love for Saunas. Soon as we came back, we started looking at Saunas in Melbourne. Fantastic experience, loved it :)
I purchased the new Copenhagen Sauna for the Mrs and she loves it. I found it easy to put together with the help of the Mrs. My only piece of advice would be to put the seat in once the back and one side is up as there's less stuffing around later. Very happy with this product and service.
WARNING, do not buy a spa from this company!!!!! If I could give no stars I would. It all started with delivery, when we used the company engaged by Alpine spas to have the spa dropped in place. The company allegedly did a drive by, and said the track carrier was required and that this was an extra charge . Guess what, they never used this piece of machinery. Alpine then said that they used a heavier truck to move the spa into place, so the carrier not required. The funny thing is, they sent a picture of the spa on the back ... read more
