We are absolutely loving our Alpine Vancouver Spa and couldn’t be happier with it. The whole experience with Alpine Spas has been fantastic, from the initial purchase through to delivery and follow-up. The spa itself has exceeded our expectations and has already become a great addition to our home. The entire Alpine Spas team has been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Absolutely loving our Alpine Sauna Lucca! It heats up really well, holds the temperature beautifully, and feels like a quality product. We’ve used it several times already and couldn’t be happier with it. The only small negative was that some of the assembly instructions were a bit unclear, so we had to work a couple of things out ourselves. Once it was all together, though, it was smooth sailing. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend the Lucca to anyone looking for a home sauna.
Maddie was very responsive and provided great customer service. Was able to track down the specific product I wanted from interstate for me. Product came prompt and in good condition.
