Sophie was so helpful and informative at the Alpine Spas showroom. She guided us in choosing what was just right for our needs, in a friendly manner. We were able to be sure that the depth of the seating areas was appropriate for us as she first climbed into the empty spa to demonstrate, then helped me try the seating positions myself. She pointed out and explained about the booster cushions I could use, and also indicated the grab rails that we could add for my safety and confidence in getting in and out of our spa. Great to deal with, Lucca sauna arrived on time as expected and works extremely well. Many thanks to Sophie and the team. It was fun to assemble, and easy to follow instructions provided. It does take some time but everything is there and there is also a video which is worth watching.
Absolutely love our Olympia Advanced D swim spa FIX- Specific instructions on the swimspa. We got a generic book with every other version except ours with the swim pack. Would have loved a hard copy of our Olympia D advanced model in the pack. We did get an electronic version tho. I had to ring alpine support as the Heater pump overflow wasn’t in the correct position. Might be a suggestion to put that into the trouble shooting guide as I know ‘Heater Pump Flow’ error happens a lot with other people. After a week I finally wo... read more
Vista Mini. We has an excellent experience with Sophie from the Brisbane store. We purchased the sauna on line after conversations and emails with Sophie. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the sauna is fabulous. Easy to assemble and delivery was seamless and earlier than promised. We wish we had done this earlier.
Sophie was great from start to finish.We went to the show room to look at Spas and I asked a lot of question of Sophie.We are very happy with our spa purchase
