The barrel sauna is a great product. Alpine spas will not warranty there products . The Sawo 6kwh heater failed after 22 months and the warranty period is for 24 months. After the 3 elements failed I asked Alpine spas for what my options where . After calling them everyday for 2 weeks I eventually was told this . Terrible product quality. Bought one of their saunas and it doesn't fit together at all.
