I have just read another review from Josh that sounds identical to the terrible service we have just received for the exact same issue with a faulty heater at the same age 3 years. We contacted the branch and were also told we had to pay up front and would be refunded this. we were told that our heater stopped working due to water quality issues, as with Josh's review we have also followed all the requirements in the manual and have had no other issues with our spa until this. The barrel sauna is a great product. Alpine spas will not warranty there products . The Sawo 6kwh heater failed after 22 months and the warranty period is for 24 months. After the 3 elements failed I asked Alpine spas for what my options where . After calling them everyday for 2 weeks I eventually was told this . Terrible product quality. Bought one of their saunas and it doesn't fit together at all.
