Had some staff issues but seem to have stepped up their game
I lived here for about 6 years, the only problems I had were personal. But there isn't much to do at this apartment complex but it's nice for a few years of living.
First time ever in. My ren days to ever had ak mouse in my apt. My neighbor nexbt door does as well.This is the time where the pest guys to come around, being it's that time.i' ve been wondering where the guy is? But he certainly hasn't been to this building.
I have lived here since January 2019, and I am very happy. I think the rental price is fair, the management company is respectful and quick to respond to concerns, and I like my apartment very much. I have already told several friends about renting at Alpine South.
