The workers did an amazing job installing snowguards on our house. There was a problem though with the bill at the end. But they did take care of it. 5 stars for the workers who installed everything. 3-2 stars for office workers.

I have an array of 36 solar panels installed on the back of my house. Below the panels is a deck with a hot tub. In the winter after a heavy snow I would get huge avalanches that were a major safety concern for anyone walking out the back door. I called this company as a consumer looking for solutions for my solar panels and snow slides that my installer was not equipped to deal with. Jasmyn the customer service rep listened and immediately began assisting in developing solutions. She followed up with multiple emails and was phenomenal to work with! I am now having the designed solution installed and look forward to reducing the impact of snow from my solar system. A great company with excellent staff and products. Highly recommend.

Amelia at Alpine exceeded my expectations (and definitely that of standard customer service ) when she preemptively solved an issue on my install without involving me or slowing down the process. It was such a pleasant surprise!

Very helpful, got me in within a decent time frame, addressed the issue and at a reasonable cost.
