Alpine Shooting Range is an 86-acre shooting facility open to the public in the Fort Worth area. In business since 1968, our facility features three rifle ranges, three pistol ranges, and a 100 target sporting clays course, as well as skeet & trap fields. We are open seven days a week with no reservations required. In addition to shooting ranges, we also offer a full-line gun store with over 1,000 guns from a variety of reputable brands. I love going there. Everyone is very knowledgeable there... we feel very safe that we took our 12 year old for the first time on his birthday.

Don't waste your money here!! We had a lousy time and we'll never go back. On 50yard range the range office let other customers go get targets and take their time evey 5-10 minutes. That got old real fast, but his buddy was there so he didn't care. Then someone started handling my rifle on the rack behind me, I don't know if he was a range officer or not but that was the last straw. I asked Ryan for a refund. Now he won't respond to text or email.

Is this the same Sandy White that said when another customer picked up one of your rifles to look at it "your first thought was to shoot them"??? You are not allowed on the property, and if we see you out here we will call the sheriff.
Just thought you all should know what kind of range Alpine is. It's riddled with range flies and no supervision or management. I spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to sight in a new scope, but after every few rounds, someone said that I had to stop for someone to change targets. But no one ever went to change targets. I saw the range flies looking at my rifles. Then one of them picked one up and started playing with it and that's when I said "that's it!" and we left. I have asked for a refund but they won't return my emails... read more
The guys out here have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Great place to go shoot, and if you're a confident shooter the steel plates are a great place to play.

We took lessons on 3 different occasions and held 2 corporate events at Alpine - all handled by Sandra. I had previously never had any shooting experience as was the case for several of those that participated in the corporate events, which included shooting a shotgun, AK and a 9mm. In every visit to Alpine, Sandra and team were amazing hosts. Sandra, in particular, had a tremendous amount of patience and really made shooting fun! We will definitely return and I highly recommend Sandra and an instructor/host!
Took my son and his new rifle there yesterday 8-12-16 to have it sighted in. Website states they do this. We get there to only learn they only do it on Wednesday's. Website does not mention this. Nothing like waisting time and money. Thanks alpine.

This was my first time at Alpine. A group of ladies and I took shotgun lessons from Sandra Watts today. I would highly recommend it. She was very patient and informative. I had such a great time I signed up for another lesson. Thank you!

My company held two shooting events at Alpine in June. We had Sandra as our instructor along with a team of range officers. Our clients were from out of town and had very little shooting experience and with the help of Sandra ended the day as full gun enthusiast. Shot a charity sporting clays shoot today. Good presentation but the place has NO water on the course. With our extreme temperatures, water should have been readily available. Several shooters couldn't believe you your shuttle wagons didn't have water on them at least. I know Elm Fork in Dallas has them (at least they had them a couple years ago)
