So I had a positive review on here but I have to change it. There is a very knowledgeable older gentleman named Steve who was excellent when he came to fix our toilet. But recently we wanted our septic pumped and set a date. They called and asked if they could change the date and I was fine with that. My husband and I have been using Alpine Septic for over 10 years since moving to Alaska. Every time we use or contact them their staff (office & in the field) are very courteous and kind. A few months ago, just after the long winter and the snow was melting I requested their services. They came when expected and completed the task for which they were hired. Have a weird septic pipe configuration and if we're not super careful it gets plugged. So we have seen Alpine on several occasions and they have always been so helpful! Fixes us up in no time flat and are always very reasonable on cost. I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

Driver arrived early, had me pull the caps for him including my clean out and was not interested in communicating. When I tried to alert him to the location of the open clean out I think he was listening to music so didn't hear me, so it was not inspected. I had been assured that a clean out inspection was a part of the pump-out service when I scheduled. So no inspection was done and I was told I needed an additional pump out in 6 months.
