I recently had a poor experience with a different septic company and am happy to review that Alpine showed up exactly when they said they would. Ultimately they could not thaw my drain line as it turns out I do not have an external clean out but their guys came into my crawl space to verify my clean outs were indeed inside, they didn't charge me for the call even though they could have, and they provided the information on a company that could take care of me prior to leaving. I scheduled to have septic pumped in the beginning of September for October 20th. October 20th came they called and said they had a truck down and would call back to reschedule. I reached out to them the 22nd and they still had no idea of when they could come pump. I finally reached out the 3rd of November and they still had no idea of scheduling me. I will not go through them ever again totally unprofessional.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Alpine Septic did not show up at the scheduled appointment time and never notified me that they would be late or missing the appointment altogether. When they eventually came out, the technician used my personal garden hose to rinse off their equipment and washed their septic hoses in my yard. Never had a bad experience with Alpine Septic. They have been servicing our septic tank at our home for over 10 years. Always prompt courteous service, and the guys that come out have done a great job. Thank you!
