Excellent customer service! Friendly, helpful! Staff goes above and beyond to support your needs. Storage unit is clean, easy to get too. Great shape. Clean and secure.
I had a very bad experience renting here. There was a huge amount of rodent excitement like the unit sat for 6 months with a rat party going on. The rat party continued amongst my things after I cleaned up and I ALWAYS saw fresh droppings when I would open the door. Someones adjacent unit smelled distinctly of wet dog. I rented this unit to put household belongings in it while moving them and wasn't willing to store anything that wouldn't fit in a sealing bin because the unit was so filthy.
