Management resolved all problems promptly in a professional, friendly manner. Facility is clean and maintained.
Initially had an issue, but it was resolved with great customer service. Property is clean and maintained.
These people will rip you off! Alpine Self Storage will rip you off! I rented a storage unit for over a year and instead of prorating the last month, they charged me for the entire month. All other storage facilities in Nampa prorate the last month except Alpine. They will not tell you this upfront because we would all go elsewhere. I even called the owner, Doug Holiday and he refused to prorate it for me. He said it was in the contract I signed, however, most companies will tell you this upfront. These people will rip you off! I rented a storage unit for over a year and they refused to prorate the last month of rent like every other storage facility in town will. Alpine will not tell you this when you sign up for a unit because they are ripping off the public. In my last month I had my stuff in storage for five days, but I was charged the full month of rent. THESE PEOPLE WILL RIP YOU OFF! – Alpine Self Storage will rip you off! They do not tell you upfront that your last month will NOT be prorated, but every other storage facility in Nampa does.
