I agree 100 percent with Khaled Ali posted earlier. Do not call them out without a quote first as I asked how much it would cost to do a clean and service post Covid via email I got two quotes without details of what it applied to both times plus I was told they were too busy at that time. I will not recommend it to anyone as they will charge for driving to your place before they know what the problem. I spoke with a lady, and she told me there is no availability for any of their technician to come and do the job till next week. I called them back again and asked them for the same job. One of the other people from the office said we could send you someone on the same day. Bad experience.

Very happy with supply and installation of our air conditioner. The quote was provided in a timely manner and the installation by Josh was professional and good quality. Communications were very responsive throughout the process.
