They sure don't take care of their properties and you can't get them to fix anything and they charge their renters to fix it.
Very unprofessional and intrusive. House was not cleaned prior to us moving in, and there were holes in the walls that we asked to be fixed multiple times but never were. The basement flooded no less than 10 times in the year and a half that we lived here, yet they refused to fix the underlying problem causing the flood. They would show up unannounced to "fix" issues, which ultimately resulted in them standing around for a few minutes making rude comments and then leaving.
