From start to finish, Adam was fantastic to work with. We couldn't be happier with the Pool and we get lots of compliments!! It was a difficult area to find a Fibreglass pool that would work so we went with a custom concrete pool and it turned out amazing. Fully tiled and the freedom to design the pool exactly how we wanted, unlike fiberglass which comes as you get it and looks cheap compared to tiles. He came out for an initial consultation which seemed fine and requested I send him some ideas of what I wanted. But then I had to chase him up or the quote. I even gave him an opportunity to let me know if he was too busy or not interested in doing my job. He insisted that he was definitely interested and that I should have a price indication the following week. Great communication and flexibility. Very hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Skilful subcontractors doing the shotCreting. Stage 1 or 2. Tiles and landscaping to come.
The process of purchasing the pool became a nightmare due to a lack of communication and any duty of care for the purchaser. Difficult to get any answers to phone calls, messages or emails.
Alpine Pools recently installed our fully tiled concrete swimming pool. Greg oversaw a quality team of tradesmen which meant the finished product has exceeded our expectations. The pool was finished on time and on budget. Guests have commented how great the pool looks and the kids are loving their new swimming pool. We found Alpine pools very easy to deal with. They returned calls, answered queries and worked with us to produce a pool that we are all happy with and proud of.
