Rudest plumber I ever met.
I was charged for an after hours visit when the plumber arrived at 3:30PM and was at the house for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I looked on their website, their hours are listed until 5PM so I’m not sure how 3:30PM is after hours. They also charged for a 30 minute drive. You know, the 30 minutes it takes to get from Brookfield to Pewaukee. When I called, they said they start charging after hours rates at 3PM. They came out to fix my bathtub. The plumber had to go get a part, it took him 40 minutes and didn’t have the part when he came back. There was damage to my living room ceiling because of some leaking while he was gone. He said he would contact me when he got the part in. After 2ish weeks I never got a call. I called them and left them a message about all of this and never got a phone call in return. They came out within an hour, fixed my furnace and did it at a very reasonable price!
Needed a new toilet and sink both for the bathroom, was shipped within 48 hours and put in within a week !! The plumber was awesome, took the time and explained any questions I had !! Affordable prices !! Thanks Alpine !!!!
I call to have them come to check on my heating we got no heat... So the next day guy name Scott show up. I show him the unit.. He work.. Then he tell me he know what wrong.. But he don't have the parts so he go get it only 40 minutes in he left.. Later he call say it too late he stop in tomorrow.. The next day I call he said he at another job.. He stop by noon.. Be careful I got charged 6hrs when the guy only spend 2hrs replace part.. They charge over$110 per hrs.. They fix nothing only replace part.. What a scams didn't tell you anything until they tell you to sign.. Even and the bill didn't say how many hrs until I ask... Never do business again with this company very disappointed that companies practice dirty
So thrilled that I am making sure to leave reviews....these guys were great! My elderly mother had a washer connections that was about to blow and her master bath sink didn't work. I found this out on a visit and was panicked...how were we going to get this fixed?! I called Alpine and like the Lone Ranger they swooped in and solved both problems...with excellent workmanship. My mother's caregiver was so impressed she took a picture. Thanks Alpine!
