Brace is my therapist and he is helping me develop an exercise plan that will eradicate my lower back and neck pain. The exercises are designed to help me build endurance, so that I can function better at home and at work. Brace always encourages me to do my best and not give up. Having therapy is the best decision I have made.
I've been working with Brace H. at the Blue MTN center with excellent results and I like Brace a whole lot

I have been working with Lisa for over a year now and I have to say she has made the biggest difference in my life. I have chronic pain issues and although I do all of my PT exercises, yoga and walk regularly, I still deal with a lot of pain in my hips and back. The addition of dry needling and body manipulations and stress releasing techniques have accelerated the healing process. I want to thank Lisa for her dedication, time and effort in my healing recovery.
