Their Receptionist Abby was a complete BITCH. I called to make an appointment to have my knee looked at and she was very very rude. She asked "what knee is it" I said "my right knee". She then got a real cunty tone and said "well ugh when did this happen like last year, two years ago, a month ago 2 days ago like i need more information". WTF! Do not tell your problems to the office manager. She does not have the strength to discipline her subordinates, even when they 100% wrong and she knows it. They say sorry then sweep everything right under the rug with no changes or improvements to the staffs etiquette or how they treat people. One star, not because of the doctors or the service they did, but because of the staff. Luckily for them Bozeman has influx of new people every year who don't know Alpine Orthopedics.
RecommendedGreat place! Dr. Kelleher fixed my shoulder after years of repeated dislocations.... I am finally back to shooting bows and using my shoulder. Great place to go when needed.
Dr Harnden is fantastic! The wait times are nuts - 2-3 hours per appointment, but other than that - great.

RIDICULOUS! 3rd visit, same story, set my appt then keep me waiting over an hour to see Doc! Anyone managing this office?? Please avoid this place!!
Very professional! Dr. O'Brien took the time and explained all of the options available for the treatment of my knee. All of the staff was super-attentive to my needs and took extra time to evaluate my condition. I was a previous patient of the other orthopedic office in Bozeman for years and am happy I switched to Alpine Orthopedics!
I love this place. I had a total knee replacement last December by Dr Mark Deibert and his staff. Great people!
They always treat me great. I am on the way to better life.
