I met with Dr. Joel Dall yesterday at Alpine Orthopedics and had a truly exceptional experience. His support staff (Cindy I believe) were fast, efficient and polite. My need was urgent and they were able to get me in the next day! Dr Dall could not have been any better. He took the time to listen and then educate me about the issue by walking me through the MRI results, (frame by frame) then gave me very detailed and reasoned options for next steps. Dr Curtis was patient, professional and thorough with my broken arm.
Dr. Benjamin Curtis took good care of my 10yr old daughter with a wrist injury. Fortunately she didn't need surgery. Dr. Curtis evaluated her carefully and elected a cast with a follow up MRI to make sure the bone placement was correct. He always showed me the xrays and discussed the treatment plan. We did have to wait a while to see him, but it was worth it. They are a busy practice, but I believe that is because they are really good at what they do! We did not have a good experience with Dr. Curtis. For our first appointment we sat in the room for over an hour before he was able to see us. He said he would order an MRI. Four weeks later I called and the MRI wasn't ordered yet. A few weeks after that he wanted another appointment. We sat in the waiting room, and after 50 minutes with no updates we decided to leave. We didn't feel my wife's injury was of much importance to them and we will be finding a new doctor. This experience wasted 9 weeks of our time.
Impressive the way they take care of you. Dr. Benjamin Curtis took very good care of my wrist. I am so pleased with the results. Thank you so much Doc. Plus he sent me to the best hand rehab, Where I met Shad a great physical therapist.
